As the winner of EDIDA 2021-2022 China Design Awards for Designer of the Year, Wu Bin designed a trophy for Elle Deco this year. Inspired by the design concept “Ink Scroll”, Elle Deco Trophy consists of two curved panels leaning on each other, made from dark paper pulp and open-ended wood respectively. The soft and matte dark paper pulp is to contrast with the polished and irregular wood panel in terms of texture, infusing more layers into the simple design of the trophy.
